J’essaie d’orchestrer plusieurs choses en même temps, ces temps-ci, et je me retrouve souvent le nez collé sur mon nœud du moment, avec l’impression que les problèmes sont plus grands que nature et les enjeux, immenses.

shutterstock_549131971horizon_bleuPuis, je prends une grande respiration et je porte mon regard au loin… Oui, parfois, j’ai un éclair de lucidité et je relève la tête pour regarder la ligne d’horizon – toute sa beauté, son ampleur, sa vastitude étoilée. Et deux choses m’apparaissent soudainement évidentes :

1- Rien n’est vraiment important. On a souvent besoin de grandes pertes ou de diagnostics alarmants pour le réaliser, mais tout ce qui nous semble si gros est généralement si petit… comme des piqûres de moustique sur un éléphant.

2- Tout est vraiment, vraiment important. Oh, cela peut paraître contradictoire. Mais ce qui est important n’est pas de tout faire parfaitement… Non, c’est de continuer à ramener notre regard vers l’infini, et, quelle que soit la petite chose à laquelle on se consacre présentement, d’en infuser cette magie.

Je me disais que vous auriez peut-être besoin de ce petit rappel également…

    Encore dans le mille pour moi ;) Merci de cette belle confirmation – en regardant vers l’horizon, on fait taire le dialogue interne basé sur des affirmations/croyances souvent fausses et auxquelles nous nous identifions malheureusement.
    Annuler tout cela. Respirer et accueillir ce qui est là.

    J’ai un jour ressenti cela de façon très forte, tout est immense et important et rien ne l’est et ce fut un moment de pure extase ou au moins de grande clarté et de grande lucidité, tout était parfait et à sa juste place

    D’où la relativité du point de vue… Rien n’est figé tout est en mouvement… Poser son œil sur la ligne d’horizon le repose… Et ouvre vers l’infini (et audelà)
    Indispensable de faire le « point » pour y voir clair.

    De plus, chaque fois cela correspond à ce que je vis !
    Plusieurs projets à mener de front, ça prend toute la place dans ma tête, chaque chose à faire prend des proportions démesurées, telles les ombres projetées sur les murs obscurs par une lampe (avec, y compris, le même aspect menaçant !)
    Et, en fait, si je lève les yeux de mes pensées incessantes et que je respire à fond, tout reprend sa place et je réalise que ça va même si tout n’est pas fait !

    J’ai déjà fait l’expérience et vécu cela, tout était tellement grand et important et en même temps ne l’était pas. Dans ce moment, dans l’instant présent tout était ce qui devait être.

    Avant de lire ce très beau message ce matin, je regardais justement mon petit calendrier que je reçois des APBP avec leurs citations inspirantes et celle de mars disait justement : Se peut-il que
    l’homme soit moins sage qu’un oiseau ? Ce qui m’a fait sourire, quelle poésie dans tout cela, sachant la précarité de la vie des oiseaux, ils se laissent quand même porter par les courants ascendants , font leur nids, se fient à leur instinct inné et nous fredonnent leur plus jolies mélodies pour notre plus grand plaisir.
    Prendre du recul et regarder la nature, le ciel aux nuances si variées, prendre le temps de respirer
    m’aide à relativiser les situations dans lesquelles je me sens débordée, avec un noeud d’anxiété, me remettre dans l’importance du moment sans l’intention de tout contrôler , mais apprendre à le goûter vraiment dans toute sa richesse .
    Et te lire fait partie de ses moments réconfortants et significatifs ainsi que les généreux partages des matins magiciens. x x x

    Et aujourd’hui c’est pour moi le plus important de mes problèmes.
    Ce qui est normal!
    Quelquefois j’arrive à oublier ce problème car c’est à propos de ma culpabilité vis-à-vis de lui et je n’arrive pas à me pardonner! Je sais que je ne suis plus la même personne…mais ça fait TRES MAL!
    Alors ça me fait un peu de bien de vous l’avoir écrit…
    Pas de psy très valable dans la ville où j’habite.
    J’espère qu’un jour je rencontrerai un ou une amie qui aura la patience de m’écouter…et qui sait pourra au moins me dire: « Je te comprends ». Je n’attends rien d’autre!
